Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds therein pending investigation.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), maya23 conducts mandatory identity verification for all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Accepted identity documents include, but are not limited to:
maya23 may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address or source of funds. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. maya23 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify maya23 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account.
All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. maya23 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank, subject to the availability of each payment method at the time of transaction.
Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. maya23 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which maya23 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund your account, unless otherwise approved by the maya23 compliance team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
maya23 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion, particularly in relation to large withdrawal requests or accounts flagged for unusual activity. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification.
An account with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. maya23 may apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant account balances, subject to the account balance being sufficient. Players will be notified prior to dormancy fees being applied.
All promotional offers, bonuses, free spins, and cashback arrangements are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the game system. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a game round, maya23 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's account. No winnings shall be payable in respect of a round that has been voided due to a technical malfunction.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical statistical averages and do not constitute a guarantee of returns on any individual gaming session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maya23 Platform:
maya23 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the Philippines. Evidence of prohibited conduct may be referred to the relevant authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and PAGCOR.
All content on the maya23 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, user interface design, text, trademarks, logos, and the "maya23" brand name, is the exclusive property of maya23 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from maya23.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, maya23's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
maya23 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, howsoever arising, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if maya23 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
maya23 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond maya23's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
maya23 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon account termination for cause, maya23 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is substantiated, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonuses) shall be returned to the Player via their verified payment method. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may appeal by contacting maya23 support.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact maya23 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms or the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
maya23 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where amendments are material, maya23 will endeavour to notify registered Players via their registered email address or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform prior to the effective date of the amendments.
